To participate in SPO Rewards, you must create a Shop Premium Outlets customer account. If you have a Shop Premium Outlets account, you are automatically enrolled in the program. You must be signed in to your account to receive points, redeem rewards and count your purchases toward your status tier.
As an SPO Rewards member, you receive points by completing purchases on ShopPremiumOutlets.com and the SPO app. Your points are deposited once the returns window closes for that particular purchase. You can also earn annual bonus Birthday and Anniversary (of your choice) rewards by inputting those dates. More points can be earned by subscribing to receive marketing text messages from Shop Premium Outlets and by completing qualifying social media activities. Points may not be earned on purchases paid for by gift cards or orders placed on Shop Premium Outlets retail partner sites. We’ll add new ways to earn points in the future, so check back often.
You can redeem your points for rewards such as discount coupons, which can be used on future purchases on ShopPremiumOutlets.com and the SPO app. Rewards discounts can be used on any product sold through the Shop Premium Outlets checkout process, but cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes or gift cards. Rewards may not be redeemed on purchases placed on Shop Premium Outlets retail partner sites. We may also announce other benefits, special promotions, and rewards for SPO Rewards members in the future - keep an eye out on your email and text messages for more information!
You can redeem your rewards during checkout for eligible coupon discounts. Please note that your points will be deducted immediately and rewards cannot be converted back into points. Unused rewards coupons will expire 12 months from the date of redemption. Only one reward can be redeemed per order and rewards may not be combined with any other offers.
SPO Rewards has three status tiers: Rewards Member, Select and Elite. The tiers are based on your annual points accrued by purchases through the Shop Premium Outlets checkout process.
With the launch of the SPO Rewards program, all customer account holders begin at Rewards Member status and will move up tiers based on qualifying points going forward. Only points earned via purchases are included towards your tier status. You will move up to Select status as soon as you accrue at least 500 purchase points within 12 months. Accruing at least 5000 points within 12 months will take you to Elite status. Status tiers reset every 12 months in the month of January. To maintain your tier status, you should have accrued the minimum qualified points required for it via purchases at some point during the last 12 months.

For example, if you join the SPO Rewards program in June and you accrue 500 points via purchases eight months later in February, you’ll be moved up to Select status immediately in February. In order to maintain your Select status, you’ll need to have accrued 500 purchase points by the first January status tier reset following the one year anniversary of you achieving Select status. If you’ve accrued fewer than 500 purchase points by the status tier reset, you will lose your Select status and move back to Rewards Member status.
To receive your birthday and anniversary bonus points, enter your birthday and anniversary dates in the Rewards section of your account profile. Your anniversary date can be any date that is important to you. Your birthday and anniversary bonus points will be available automatically each year beginning on those dates.
No, the rewards discount must be applied to your order at checkout and cannot be applied to already-placed orders.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.

For example, if you make a purchase and accrue 100 points on January 1, those points would expire on January 1 of the following year. However, if you make a subsequent purchase on February 1 and accrue another 100 points, all 200 of your points would then expire on February 1 of the following year.

Once points are redeemed for a rewards coupon, the coupon is valid for 12 months.
